Core Logic & Rules

Entry Conditions

1 Detect low-volatility consolidation zone (range < ATR × 1.2)
2 Confirm significant volume surge (current > avg × 2.5)
3 Identify strong rejection candle (Pin Bar or Engulfing)
4 Validate breakout of consolidation boundary

Stop Loss Placement

Positioned at 1.5 × ATR distance from entry price or just beyond the extreme of the consolidation zone. This provides logical, volatility-adjusted protection.

Take Profit Targets

Primary target set at 2.5 × risk (Risk-Reward Ratio). Optional scaling out at structural levels or using trailing stops based on ATR.

Position Sizing

Strict risk of maximum 2% of account equity per trade. Lot size dynamically calculated based on stop loss distance. Maximum 1 concurrent position recommended.

Strategy Parameters

All parameters are fully customizable in the MT4/MT5 EAs. Default values have been optimized for robustness across instruments.
