Core Logic

• Body Strength Line (Qstick, 8-bar) — the average of (close − open) over the last 8 candles. A cross above zero flips the bias to bullish; a cross below zero flips it bearish.
• Volatility Thermometer (ATR Percentile Rank, 100-bar) — ranks the current ATR(14) against the last 100 readings on a 0–100 scale. A trade is only taken when the reading sits inside the 30–85 "warm zone" — active enough to move, not already exhausted.
• Entry — both conditions align at bar close → enter in the direction of the Qstick flip.
